Can ETH go back to $5? I mean its a FRAUD, whenever Bitcoin goes up, ETH goes up

Bitcoin doesn't prove anything with alts, nor does it disprove anything. It just works for itself. Very few alts can be said to stand on their own as a currency (don't forget that's what they are, coins, tokens, cryptocurrency), so it's quite natural they all follow Bitcoin's movements. As much as I dislike ETH, I have to admit at least it has found a separate use, smart contracts and dapps. Just of course these dapps aren't useful yet but this isn't to say they won't be useful one day.

Eth for $5 i think its can't back with thats price.because if price will back at $5 the market will lost of investor.many project now pay with eth or bitcoin so its very difficult

You already know that altcoins depends on bitcoin so why are you telling that eth is fraud? Eth already proved its worth and capabilities for the past 3 years and still a lot of ico's are depending on them so it's not near in reality that eth will go back to $5.
