Greetings,

did some apps like https://market.android.com/details?id=com.cf.btcserv

But i'am far away from a professional java guru, so it depends on what you going achieve with your project.

If you already have skills in html, javascript and css this could be very interesting for you:

the fact that you have a menu with buttons that goes to different pages, which seemingly grab data from the net... that's probably 80% of what i need to start with.

i'm oldschool... i have skills in notepad... so fancy stuff like dreamweaver is beyond me.

what chat medium do you prefer?

PhoneGap has actually gotten even MORE badass in the last week. It now provides zero barrier to entry when it comes to developing cross-platform applications.

Write your app in HTML5/JS and use their web builder to make your smartphone apps: https://build.phonegap.com/

Btw buddy if you have any questions, I'd be happy to answer them. Android app development is most of my day job.

thanks! for now i've found someone (via PM) to work with, but might post occasional questions once my questions are more specific (instead of: how do you make an android app?)
