Statue of Responsibility is the Illuminati symbol in disguise.

The statue will be 300 feet tall, and has a lion hand grip to represent the 33rd degree of the terrorist organization Illuminati.
The letter "L" in the hand grip represents "Lucifer". Similar idea as "Same as above, same as below".

I could be missing something but it seems like a shot in the dark to me.  So the hand gesture resembles an L and that is supposed to be code for the Illuminati meaning Lucifer as you suggested.  I'm pretty gonna have to call this fud unless you have more rational evidence to bring to the table.
