You can put it on Announcement(Altcoins) - https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=159.0

There is also the Token(Altcoins) - https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=240.0 which is a child board of ANN altcoins.

What do you mean?
We have an altcoin announcement here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=159.0

Other than that they are using telegram to announce that coin if you are looking for a website to new coins or token release you can check this site https://coinmarketcal.com/

I think what OP asking is other places than on this forum
@OP you could contact some crypto news sites and ask them for news coverage on your coin release
another way is thru bounty/airdrop portal sites to include your coin in their list
they usually do mass email broadcast to their members and telegram public group announcements

I think you are looking for other website where you can find announcement for new coins except for this website, reddit and twitter.
Well, I don't think if this list of website are safe but If you are just promoting a project then you can use this site.

Here is the list of website that I think might help you.
- Coinschedule.com
- Icocountdown.com
- Icotracker.net
- Smithandcrown.com

I hope this is what you are looking for.

Bitcoingarden used to be somewhat respectable but it looks pretty dead now.  Bitcointalk is basically the king of crypto forums so almost every new coin will be found here.
