It is definitely takes a lot of time to write Bounty and wait for the reward.
From this point I would say its a waste of time.
Sometimes, you can find a scam among the Bounty.

Indeed bounty waste time. Looking at the duration it takes before you are paid. The worse part is when the particular project is a scam. At times some ico are not listed and that one alone can take about months.

There are many bounty campaigns, some are scams and some are not, it is our responsibility as a bounty hunter to research more about the project our joining, if we can join the legit bounty ofcourse its worth our time  then if youre not yet lucky enough try another bounties there are still many legit bounties if you wanted to.

I beg to disagreed that bounty campaign is a waste of time, because for you able ethereum, Doge, Hitbtc, Kucoin, Waves, Bitpay, Coinomi, xmg or

almost all altcoins where you see at the coinmarketcap was all started in the bounty campaign, though I cannot blame you that there are some of

the ico ended up in a bad result but still there are few bounty campaign that can be consider as a good one project.

Very much depends on the project. Yes, there are a lot of bad bounty campaigns now, but if you choose them carefully then you can raise a good money.

It's not that easy to spot a good bounty or a bad one unless you're having good connection to know what really behinds that project , behind that development team, only the insider can know it well.

Some are and some are not. When you do your findings well before joining a bounty campaign, you will smile at then of it but you engage in a wrong one that turn out to be a waste of time, it pains more than a fresh cut in a fresh wound.

No. It's really a hit or miss. Look for a team running the ICO who cares about their bounty hunters.
I recall reading a post here that he already earned more than $2,000 thru bounty alone. It took as while though to build his stack.
