Of all the things people could be complaining about, bonuses are the only thing (aside from the few scammers making multiple accounts).

Well said. They are an awesome casino with a great selection of games and they dont delay payouts. That's what is important when looking for an online casino to play at. But they also been known for their awesome most generous promos. They simply have gone downhill in the promo department. Maybe if enough people give feedback they will improve. I think they focus most of their attention now to the sportsbook. They make them way more money now than the casino side.

Btw, a few years ago I did win almost 10k in the free spins without wagering so it was possible.

Just like our buddy lfc_bitcoin pointed out - they wouldnt scam you just like that and even though for users like us 1 BTC may sound a lot, it really is pocket money for them.

I will admit I "feel" with you because yes, gambling operators are accepting deposits all the time and problems "always" arise when withdrawals are being requested.
