I can't be sure about that, that's why I suggest you contact support first to inquire about this issue we could have said yes VPN was allowed in the past but maybe there is a new update that don't allow using VPN who knows. I haven't heard of other users having any problems making deposits or withdrawals, as long as it's not more than $2000 if more than $2000 you will be asked for KYC and your area is known.

You don't need to wait for a reply from Karl to be honest even though you might receive a reply from him pretty soon. You could just use a VPN to connect to their site and chat with their customer support regarding your issue.
