Hi coinmarket,

I have requested BTC withdrawal today to my BTC address. I have confirmed the withdrawal clicking the link you sent me by email. However the amount has not yet showed up in my BTC wallet. I cannot see any transfers to my BTC address on blockchain.info and the transaction ID your system generated is also marked unknown. Please fix this issue. In the transaction history it the transaction is marked confirmed. It seems to me that your system has failed to process the request and has never actually issued the transfer.

My account name: JimmyJoe
transaction ID: cfcd1d9a39ab521ac28ef7ba71d032d9f9a99f41febfdc5513aa930795a5f21d

There is nothing to fix. The transaction is in the memory pool (this happens rarely) and will be re-broadcasted to the peers in less than an hour.

If the address validates but you have no control over it, then you have lost the coins.

Now when i need it site down  Undecided
Site is down when accessing it from my devices.

Having downtime is expected from time to time while we are in beta.
If you see a cloudflare error page, you dont have to post to this thread.
Asking others if the site down when you know that it is (you can read, dont you?) - is just silly.

We assume you sent dgb to a doge address? Use your doge addresses private key and import it into the digibyte wallet to recover the coins.

Those people are worried about their account, that is why they have right to ask even if they can read!
And in the mean time, you can give a solid explanation why it is closed down now.
Everybody knows it is in Beta. We can read since we are already writing, but you must know that already.

I'm not asking other users, I am posting here to get a developper response as to why the site is down without a notice up front. Don't forget that it is other people's money you are working with, usually people like to know what happens to that. If you are having timed downtime because of a website update put up a notice, if it is unwanted downtime post a reply here that you are aware and working on it. That's all we need to ease our minds.

Hi coinmarket, I tried to withdraw btc yesterday, but the didn't arrive. Below the confirmationmail, that i clicked.

Click this following link to confirm your 2.14 BTC withdrawal to 1HeLTgyNprLdZQ9gq5zzmHwV6kTXZ4rT6n:

https://www.coinmarket.io/confirm/59380444dee1573d2c0bab8e5986336af73fe0dbbe18e95dd55aa9491cb8ff41e203ecc3eefc6f5eb9d6a35a1a420e8d

When I look at this btc address in blockchain, then there was 0 action.

Any ideas?
