... I recently saw your website was hacked ...
Nobody has hacked us and every single coin is safe.
Telling that we got hacked when you dont know anything about whats happening in the world right now ... is silly.
Please understand the global software problem with the official bitcoin client.
This has been affecting most exchanges (mtgox, btc-e, bitstamp... your name it) for the past days.
Read the official statement from the bitcoin foundation:
https://bitcoinfoundation.org/blog/?p=422

We have stated this multiple times in the thread, read before you post.
We could suspend withdrawals whatsoever and wait for an official fix - would you like that better?
The vast majority of our users has not experienced a problem, this does not affect everybody.

Your are using bitcoin - you know that its an immature technology, right?
(not our exchange but bitcoin/crypto as a whole)
Situations like this need to happen to get fixed by the masses.

z923113762: your accounts security is your sole responsibility (we dont have holes). If you think you were hacked, go to the police.

All failed withdrawals will be re-sent when an official solution is provided by the bitcoin developers team.

Latest update from Gavin (lead dev of Bitcoin):
<@gavinandresen> … but one thing at a time. We aren't going to get everything fixed and tested in two hours.

Credited stuck deposits.

It seems to me that people need to understand there are two sides to every transaction. Just because your coins don't show up to/from other exchanges doesn't mean it's necessarily coinmarket's fault, especially when sending to/from exchanges like cryptsy who are notorious for transaction lag. I'm sure there are genuine cases, there always will be but this thread is a major bitchfest. Even one user who probably fell victim to a keylogger blaming the exchange & spreading nasty dangerous fud.

Hoping to see news announcements here, but to be honest it's getting tiring having to read past posts of people so clueless they complain w/out even putting their a/c name or transaction ID. I for one have never had trouble with coinmarket, so keep up the good work Smiley

I've sent a pm regarding a problem with my karma balance (username cpac on CoinMarket) on the 7th and got a response on the 8th saying that my problem was going to be investigated. It has been 4 days now and nothing has changed. Can you please give me an update, preferably by pm? Thanks

The bitcoin problems can affect every coin,
because all coins use the bitcoin protocol and are based on the same source code.

About withdrawals that are stuck (when you got a tx id from us, but it did not appear on the blockchain and a long time has passed):
All failed transactions will be resent when its technically possible and safe to do. People are working on it.

CoinMarket.io will be down for 1 hour while we purge all failed transactions from the wallet.
Please understand how busy we have been for the last few days.

Manually credited over 50 stuck deposits.

Seems like you either ignored me or are just a liar. I will repeat what I posted a few posts ago. Deposited utc 10 feb 21:37 Transaction id: 531e52acd1e78ef4e34fdb2588ad6920768c17ae8482bfe99c2ce53ff50beaff

Not a huge amount but at the time of the deposit utc was worth 0.001, they are now worth 0.0004 and that's 60% less. Will I be reimbursed for this? No chance, and yet I'm still waiting for this pending deposit to go through. I understand that it's a new site and it will have problems, however, when I post the fucking tx id and then you post shortly after that 50 transactions have been fixed why the hell was I ignored?

Over 100 unread PMs and emails. We are busy on things that are more important.
If you have not realized, there are larger problems right now.
We cannot handle everybodys issues right away.

Credited all stuck UTC deposits.

There will be some downtime today, starting soon.

Its needed to run some maintenance rountines on the wallet and purge invalid transactions,
because it seems that using the nospendzeroconfchange patch is not enough.
This will stop from new unconfirming (stuck) withdrawals from happening due to the transaction malleability issue.

Withdrawals that are already stuck (in limbo) will be processed by an automatic script, when its ready and safe to use.

Be assured that no coins are lost, its just a denial of service attack on the network/exchanges.

This transaction:  17999f5d3db03170e9330f1f8dfb2c5aef600a148cc6ab10a1bd116ade69e7fc  to this Wallet:  1DnLR9KGmRCMtzLV7g1DFa7o7pvGeoKCUB  Never credited, though the funds appear to have been transferred out of the wallet address. I sent a PM prior to funds being transferred out, but didn't receive a response. Please advise. What's going on? It's been days now.
Its perfectly normal for the funds to move after you deposited them - its up to the bitcoin software to decide which inputs will be spent next.
Your 0.07 BTC seems to be credited a while ago.

This isn't quite right.  This is my wallet address on your site: https://blockchain.info/address/1DnLR9KGmRCMtzLV7g1DFa7o7pvGeoKCUB

That 1.5 does not appear in my wallet, never showed as pending, and is not listed in my deposits/withdrawals - though it clearly went somewhere....

Not intending to push an individual issue, I understand that there is widespread problems at the moment, but you haven't responded to my quote above, nor have any of your responses addressed deposit issues. My transaction occurred before the malleability issue was widespread. Please address.
