missing my BTC withdrawal...

username: mv1986

Seriuosly, you are just one of all the shitty exchanges... You said sth like "as a response to the bad service other exchanges provide, you opened yours". Could you please explain to me what kind of critical problems you handled better than other exchanges? Well, you have no traffic and can say that your exchange is faster, sure... But the real problems do hit you the same way as they do hit other exchanges...
Waiting for an exchange that is one step ahead of all the crap existing right now...
Now you can argue that I am an idiot! OK! But you know what? I do not open another shitty exchange just for the sake of claiming I am better than others! I have two options: 1) I am better or 2) I am equal at maximum.
What do you guys think? What's the category you best fit into?

You dont have any idea how much we have been working.
The whole bitcoin network and most of the exchanges got hit by this problem a few days ago.

1. BTC-e is still experiencing some withdrawal problems
2. Bitstamp has not resumed BTC withdrawals
3. Mtgox has not resumed BTC withdrawals
4. Cryptsy is still affected in many ways
5. Some of the shitty exchanges not worth naming may not even recover from this
6. Our system is recovered and only stuck withdrawals need some time to get processed ( anywhere from 4 to 72 hours )

According to you, all exchanges are shitty ones. You are not welcome to use our service.
Cant you read one or two latest pages of the thread before posting your bullshit?

There is no email at all  Sad..i've sent this amount from another exchange
Sorry, we will look into it - its a deposit.

the transaction malleability attacker changed the TX id from
https://blockchain.info/tx/909bb23b4673d7b1a8018a361cd74e27e9a286f5d1192edead23d3435873154b
to
https://blockchain.info/tx/127a21b752f0680116a9e46ca762a177bc9907b3a2fcb2bd65a6a868f881ba9c
and this is why your deposit is stuck.

Please wait while we develop an automatic routine to fix all them.

So what this means? Will I get my depostit soon,so I can buy some coins?

We dont have to put ourselves in any of the two categories you provided.
Its up to the users to decide the quality, speed and reliability of our service.
We dont know about any new altcoin exchange that has had a launch like we have. Its been a journey.

https://CryptX.io never had issues.
Get some volume. Its easy not not have issues when you dont have users.
Yes, you may be smarter than all of the major exchanges (btc-e, bitstamp and mtgox got hit by this).
You dont have to brag about it in our thread, it will not give you any extra volume and will just get your post deleted.

PS: a medium-severity security issue was found on your site 3 minutes ago.
This is what you get for your post, karma. We will not disclose the issue to anyone but you.
If it took us 3 minutes to find, you will never have any serious volume. Good luck with your exchange.

Credited all stuck deposits that we found. Anyone else has stuck deposits?

We would like some people to test BTC withdrawals (using small amounts).
Do they appear on blockchain.info right away (in 10 seconds)?

Yes I do have stuck deposits...

This transaction:  17999f5d3db03170e9330f1f8dfb2c5aef600a148cc6ab10a1bd116ade69e7fc  to this Wallet:  1DnLR9KGmRCMtzLV7g1DFa7o7pvGeoKCUB  Never credited, though the funds appear to have been transferred out of the wallet address. I sent a PM prior to funds being transferred out, but didn't receive a response. Please advise. What's going on? It's been days now.
Its perfectly normal for the funds to move after you deposited them - its up to the bitcoin software to decide which inputs will be spent next.
Your 0.07 BTC seems to be credited a while ago.

This isn't quite right.  This is my wallet address on your site: https://blockchain.info/address/1DnLR9KGmRCMtzLV7g1DFa7o7pvGeoKCUB

That 1.5 does not appear in my wallet, never showed as pending, and is not listed in my deposits/withdrawals - though it clearly went somewhere....

Not intending to push an individual issue, I understand that there is widespread problems at the moment, but you haven't responded to my quote above, nor have any of your responses addressed deposit issues. My transaction occurred before the malleability issue was widespread. Please address.

You dont't know where to put yourself. That's fine. Then don't claim that you opened an exchange in response to the problems you faced on other exchanges! People face the same severe problems on yours as they do on all other exchanges.

How long am I and all the others supposed to wait for pending withdrawals? I don't want an exacct time. Just sth like "a day" or "a few hours".
We are doing our best and will try to fix all stuck BTC withdrawals by either resending or refunding them in 2 to 24 hours.
We think its going to be the refunding option. After a refund you can safely withdraw the balance and it will work as expected.

Are you an idiot or just dense?  Put yourself into one or the other for not realizing it's a SYSTEMIC problem!  it's not a problem with the exchange, rather it's a problem with the coin/blockchain.  ALL the exchanges are having fits right now, so lay off.  Your precious coins and your insignificant life will soon be back to normal, while the big people toil to get the big things working again.  God, how self centered can you be, really?

You know what's also ridiculous? You guys (including other exchanges) are burning other people's money! We all sit in the same boat, I see that. And of course should you get the time to improve your services. Nevertheless, you cannot skip the whole burden to your customers since they are the ones losing money due to stuck withdrawals and whatever. It has been like 10 times that I lost real money because it took a day to proceed a withdrawal. You are responsible for that and you know that. Why don't you just skip trading fees for a week in response to the problems you cause!
You cannot expect that a "sorry" is enough to compensate for the damage you cause! And still, skipping trading fees is a drop in the ocean but maybe a little step towards your angry customers.
Whereas you check out how your competitors react to some small crisis, you should have your own ideas to respond to such events.
Try to run an exchange. Its not simple. We have been running pretty smoothly before the malleability attack went widespread.
If you dont like the state of cryptocurrency, dont get involved. Didnt your government warn you about using crypto?
What damages are you talking about? No coins are lost. Read this: https://bitcoinfoundation.org/blog/?p=422
Downtime and bugs are expected, you have been warned about it. Its not even an inherent problem of our system.
Read our the terms of service. You are legally not allowed to use our service if you are in a disagreement with the TOS.
If the only thing you do when going to the TOS page is clicking the accept button, then you are a complete idiot.
This is not some windows software that you pirate and dont care about.

Careful,

my criticism was a response to the claim that everything is working properly again. It is not! I can tell you something: we both fit into one category. And that is insignificant. I am sure my life is insignificant for many people. So is the existence of your exchange in the whole market. And will be in the future! Systemic problem, fine! Don't claim to be better than others if you are no better than others! You will be facing the same problems and you will be causing the same damage to your users. Where the hell are you better than others? That indeed is your central slogan!
Where the did we claim that *everything* is working properly? And read our previous post. You dont know how to use a forum thread.
Dont expect any support from us if you dont understand our last 10-15 posts on the thread. You have been warned.
In other words: stfu or go to the authorities.

mv1986: any post you make from this point will get deleted.
This is not a chatroom where 0.01% of the users try to prove a point.
Im sure other users understand the reasoning behind this.

Edit (response to your last post):
Good luck! By the way, if you intentionally spread incorrect information about our service, you will never see your coins.
You still have not responded to any argument we made. You have not understood the issue what we are dealing with.
It other words: you sir are a complete idiot. Go make a joke out of yourself.
We will continue to delete all your posts, because you are one of the stupidest people we have dealt with considering our 12000-user base.
Do whatever you want, you will not affect us in any way.

Meanwhile, here are some statistics about CoinMarket.io. Please read the whole post.

Less than 1 month running.
95+% uptime
12000+ accounts
132000+ logins
~6000 BTC in total volume
(thats an average of over 200BTC/day)
158000+ deposits
28000+ withdrawals
300000+ orders executed
Total amount of BTC successfully withdrawn? Over 4000.
Total amount of BTC stuck in limbo due to the recent attacks? Less than 40.
less than 200 problems (thats 0.6% of instances and less than 0.3% of users) with withdrawals, none permament
less than 10 problems with withdrawals before the transaction malleability issue got widespread
less than 5 problems with executed orders after the larger fix was applied on week 2
we are based on open-source projects and have donated to them and the bitcoin core developers.

Reminder: stuck BTC withdrawals are nothing to worry about. They will be handled ASAP.

We probably have one of the smallest percentage of affected users (malleable tx issue) from any exchange with a lifetime volume over 5K BTC.
2 out of 3 largest exchanges do not process BTC withdrawals at the moment. We do.

Our trading fee is 0.15% and atleast one third of it has been donated to various open-source projects, including Bitcoin.
We will continue to donate considerable amounts to meaningful open-source projects.
The recent attacks have made us alot stronger and we are now more connected to the bitcoin developers community.
We also have guys from the core team that can create custom patches for our needs.
Wait until you see our tech innovations. Jaws will be dropping.

CoinMarket.io is unique, transparent and contributes back to the community.
