A pending withdrawal means that you have not confirmed/canceled it via e-mail.
If you didnt get an confirmation e-mail, tell us about it, but dont tell us to "resolve" a pending withdrawal.

The problem is that it is not a withdrawal, but a deposit - I cannot confirm a deposit by e-mail (or do I dont know something?)
Other deposits work fine.

What can you do when you forgot your password? im trying to withdraw some coins i have traded.
I am getting invalid password but i think there is something else going on, because i tried i think every password i use (im not sure if its me or something else, because i only traded a week ago for the first time and that was my last)
I know i have a hectic mind but i have 3 main passwords i use almost everytime.

So what is my next step?

Dear coinmarket.io,
I never got a confirmation email and I have a pending withdrawal of 0.01248915 BTC for 3 days now without receiving any confirmation email. My user name is coinmanhorizon and I use hushmail for my email. Please fix this so I can get my BTC. Thanks.

Dear Coinmarket.io

EDIT:

I have issues with one transaction:

1) Transaction id: e42b9534c5d175ca1f9fe5e6a57d28fab23abfa9d0190caefc49d06446968352 says confirmed on the site however in my wallet it has 0/6 confirmations, all withdrawals after that one have been confirmed just fine.

This is a list of BTC withdrawals that have failed due to the transaction malleability issue that is still affecting most of the exchanges.
These are the 166 out of 212 transactions affected. The rest were mutated and appeared on the blockchain under a different txid.
We have the mutation list avalible for auditing purposes, if anyone is intrested. We double-checked the data.

People who got an error while clicking the confirm link (less than 10) did not get a tx id and are not on this list.
Their issues will be processed manually after these 166 transactions are refunded.
If your transaction is on this list of 166, you will get your BTC refunded to your CoinMarket.io account soon.
(use Ctrl+F to find it)

Hi, would the withdrawals that are not in that list be fixed soon? Thx.

Hi Coinmarket,

Any update on the stuck coins with no txID?  I would really like to continue trading with you, but the fact is that this was the first trade I executed on coinmarket and I haven't seen my coins back.  I know it's not a huge amount of money I'm waiting on, but I was planning on executing some major trades and I'm quite nervous about doing so until I see this initial trade come back.

I realize that you are inundated with support requests and the malleability issue has made everybody go crazy, but now that the dust seems to be settling, can you at least give an idea of when these coins might be credited back?   A couple of days ago, I saw a reply stating 10-12 hours, but I still haven't seen anything.  Just an update would be great.

Thanks so much for your help.

Hi coinmarket.
You know, coinmarket is my favorite exchange, I stated many times.
On coinmarket I traded hundreds of BTC. But I have a problem now. There is NO interesting coin to trade anymore.
Lets be honest, USDE, KDC and DGB performed weak on marketing compared to the new Giants as MAX and Panda. I like Noble and still hold them, but it is struggling, The noblemarketplace didn't give the boost they were hoping for. Cryptsy just added only MAX (noble in tears). I like VTC a lot, but their action is a cryptsy. So what is left is RDD. I bought my share and that's it.
Yesterday I withdraw BTC from coinmarket because there was no interesting coin left for me.
I would suggest a couple of coins deleted and a couple of new coins.
New interesting coins are off course MINTCOIN, doing over 100 btc a day on mintpal, and Wolongs Panda doing over 300 btc at cryptorush in it's first day. Adding MAX seems a bad choice, it was added at cryptsy and the volume is small, so it will never be succesfull at coinmarket.

Have you looked at Smartcoin?  Hashrate still relatively low, and price as well, but both are slowly climbing.  KGW was just implemented and the Devs are smart and very committed.  I think Smarcoin is a very compelling cryptocoin right now.

I never liked smc, the devs are looking for a quick result.
