I have 0 balance on my account, i had USDe and BTC where they are? my login: alunio

My coins is likely to have been stolen, have been made transfers to other wallets, please contact me owners of this exchange!
Your account will be audited. Coins moving from the address you deposited to is absolutely normal and happens all the time.
The exchange uses depositors coins to fund future withdrawals because of cold storage (security) considerations and how bitcoin works in the first place.
It other words: the address you see on the wallet page is just a deposit address and not an address where your funds will be held forever.

So please check this withdrawal from yesterday,i dont withdrawal any coins this weekend, i dont trade, someone probably stolen my coins after hacked to my account, its not my ip adress and not my wallet, i,m very angry of this situation, if you checked this please inform me what happens on my account.

Understanding how an exchange works is a precondition for using one.
You can cancel any pending orders by going to the market page, scrolling down and clicking cancel (there is a Your Active Orders table).

You canceled an order that executed partially. Its normal.

Please keep in mind that our system is over a month old and does not randomly lose coins for no reason.
Also a fact worth mentioning is that over 98% of our users never had a single problem with us, at all (expect downtime).

i just got the other email from the partial order.

sorry for the inconvenience. thank you for setting up an amazing exchange.

and i have been using your exchange for awhile now, and this is the first time that anything like this has happened. my inquest was more out of a concern that perhaps something unexpected may have occurred.

but it seems the only problem was my own impertinence.

once again, thank you

The confirmation of BTC is too slow. Can you reduce the need confirmation number for fast deposit?

Its faster than other exchanges provide. There is a reason confirmations are required.

This one is not stuck. It just got the second confirmation (2 are required) and was automatically credited.
