The Bitcoin network protocol was designed to be extremely flexible. It can be used to create timed transactions, escrow transactions, multi-signature transactions, etc. The current features of the client only hint at what will be possible in the future.

Just imagine the person is nude and he is shouting at you because of his own mistake.

A character is formed in the process of a person’s life, and if you already have one, then regulatory techniques are unlikely to help you, but it’s worth a try!

Take a deep breath, count 10 to 1, respond rather than react.

When you are faced with an unpleasant trigger and about to lose your temper, you can distract yourself. Try to refocus yourself, maybe think about other stuff more important than the situation you are in. Do not dwell on the negative that is infront of you. Let it pass. Choose your battles.

I always think this to myself before i decide to act during my rage : Will i regret this later on ? If the answer is ~50% regret, then i will try to stop. It wasn't easy at start, but can be really helpful once you are used to it.

I used to be a professional poker player and had to deal with controlling my temper a lot. Not an easy thing to do if you are born with a lot of it Cheesy. Anyway what I did was tjat I red this book: https://upswingpoker.com/mindset-tips-improve-results/. It is for poker players but it covers real life aspects and teaches not to dwell on things you can`t control. For example standing in a long line in a shop and so on.

It teaches you how these unfortunate things just happen to everyone and how it does not just happen to you only. It had some really great tips to control your emotions so if you know anything about poker I would recommend reading it not to be good at poker but to learn how to control your temper and how to look at the big picture of things.

Before bursting into anger, try to rationalize the other person's faulty action. Think about the reason why he did it. Put yourself in his shoes for a moment. Take a deep breath and calm your thoughts.

Whenever you want to put someone down, pull them up, hit yourself in the face.
Personally it helps me, even though I'm a rapper

When someone gets you mad, you just have to remember that what he says about you doesn't really concern to you. That's all concerns to him, all his words and feelings. Because when someone wants to hurt you, means that he was hurt even before. So, you should just relax and stop noticing his negative. From that moment he won't be able to do you anything.

always have a stress ball in hand so you won't be able to put your anger into another person.

Am odd. But it helps though. Take some mint or menthol. Or go hang out with the devil.

The very thing you do every day is the easiest way to reduce or eliminate stress: breath. Practicing breathing in a moment will help your brain train itself to concentrate on your present work. You will feel stressed out of the back of your head. Minutes to concentrate on breathing. Close the door, put aside the distractions aside and just sit on the chair and breathe. The goal is to spend the whole time concentrating on your breath, which will keep your mind from wandering. Focus on inhaling, exhaling, and sensation.

Get some exercise. Physical activity can help reduce stress that can cause you to become angry. If you feel your anger escalating, go for a brisk walk or run, or spend some time doing other enjoyable physical activities.
Take a timeout. Timeouts aren't just for kids. Give yourself short breaks during times of the day that tend to be stressful. A few moments of quiet time might help you feel better prepared to handle what's ahead without getting irritated or angry. And use humor to help you face what's making you angry and, possibly, any unrealistic expectations you have for how things should go. Avoid sarcasm, though — it can hurt feelings and make things worse.

one rule for me. Think before you speak. In the heat of the moment, it's easy to say something you'll later regret. Take a few moments to collect your thoughts before saying anything — and allow others involved in the situation to do the same.
