ow boy another wannabe that think he can become billionaire by starting his own BTC exchange. Why in earth does everyone think he can set up a BTC exchange and think they gonna make pockets full of money.
exchanges popping up is becoming as ridiculous as back a year ago when there launched 5 fresh ICO's every single day.

Instead of launching something that has been launched many times, just find something new and build that from scratch. People are waiting for new and innovative things they havent seen before and not on another BTC exchange.

The ico route might actually not be the best way to raise funds for any sort of project considering all of crypto is in a bear market right now and investor confidence is extremely low in addition, but if you haven't got any funds to start a trading platform by yourself, it's definitely a possible way to go forwards. You'll need to raise a very large amount of funds, though, and unless you offer some features significantly better than those of other exchanges, then you likely won't get many users on your platform at first as well.

Hello,
I'm interested in starting a bitcoin exchange and I need help.
What is cost involved in starting a exchange.
Which is better to buy a withe label exchange or to develop my own.
If a white label please refer me some.

I'm interested in starting a bitcoin exchange and I need help.

= just get a coins what you can afford to buy, then choose the best and has a high volume exchange in the market
 like Binance and Lbank.

What is cost involved in starting a exchange.

= As long as you comply their minimum requirements you can begin anytime you want.

Which is better to buy a withe label exchange or to develop my own.

= I think to develop my own is much better in my perception.

To open an exchange you will require a lot of funds and employees who will serve its needs.
It will require some partnership with KYC checking companies, AML policy compliance etc
In simple words, if you do not have any business experience and money, you will not be able to open it.

Probably, you need a lot of money before you can do that, but I don't doubt that you don't have that. First, go find yourself a great team behind your project.

The most important thing is information. If you don't have the knowledge, you lose in this job or in everything else and that's a good thing because you're trying to gain knowledge by asking us how to trade. If the market had been the old market, we could offer you nice tactics, but now it's not like before, and there is a problematic market. Whatever you do, no matter what analysis you do, can't help it not to get hurt. Chance is really an important factor for now. But i said "Now" 'cause the market will certainly be regular and good one day.
