Bitcoin mining is now a specialized and very risky industry, just like gold mining. Amateur miners are unlikely to make much money, and may even lose money. Bitcoin is much more than just mining, though!

A very common problem for blockchain.info users

What about your spam folder? Did you check it?
Are you not using yahoo or gmail? If so, that might be the problem
I do hear from people that problem such as this solves by itself. What they did is basically to login from time to time. About their support, try your luck on their SNS e.g. twitter

Last resort would be to import your wallet into another for example in electrum. You do have your 12-word seed right?
Here's a tutorial: Restoring your standard wallet from seed

This is the reason why you shouldn't trust any web wallet but if you don't have any backup seed than there is no other choice than keep waiting for support response. Try to look through spam folder in your email and check your priority setting, make sure you haven't mistakenly flagged blockchain.info as spam.

When you will be able to access your online wallet, transfer it to electrum like client side wallet. Also if you have some bucks, better to invest in hardware wallet where you can keep your bitcoin securely for almost forever.

Like what they've said it might be replaced on some "Other" folders on your email.

There are the same problems about blockchain.info about this but they never checked those other/spam folders of their email.

And with their support tickets, I'm not sure why it is taking you that long for waiting their reply. Mostly, it only takes an hour or two but it won't be that long up to 3 days.

Another reason for people on why they shouldn't use blockchain.info . I hear more complaints than good things about it, in the ratio of 99:1. The support will answer your tickets in like 2-4 weeks. That is the standard response rate from any online crypto-services.

I don't know if this would help or not, but maybe contact them on other places:

Twitter: https://twitter.com/askblockchain?lang=en

The bitcointalk account of blockchain.info owner is inactive for 3 years, so that's a dead end.

I had the same problem only on one account. Doesn't matters whatever I was trying, I was just unable to receive that shit email and login on blockchain.info
Then that problem got solved but autorization was impossible, tried a lot of browser and devices but I just couldn't login despite the fact that login/password was real and I was receiving mail too.
OP personally I lost that account (hopefully don't had money). Never/ever get any response from them.
But at the same time I want to mention that my second accound works fine...

Its a not a common problem, but it sometimes happens to blockchain.info users that use the less popular webmail services. I think Gmail or Yahoomail accounts usually have not been affected.

Not what it seems to me at least. The number of times I've seen this problem not just here but from other forums as well made me unable to merely call it "sometimes".

Still surprised that these old problem of blockchain.info wallet do still exist upto these days. Back in the past when im still using this web wallet, when i dont recieve email authorizations and dont see it on my spam folder i do logged in every 5 mins or from time to time until that shitty email would pop up in my inbox. Ive been using gmail yet there are lots of people said they dont sent out on other email providers which we dont even know if its true.
If you do see this as a hassle thing then you can anytime switch out on other wallets without any verifications and much less riskier ex. Electrum.

How many times did this problem occur for your account in this month, and what webmail service are you using?

That said, if its not "sometimes", then its "always". Then can it can happen to anyone for more than 50 times in one month?

Last time I check, common doesn't equate always. It is defined here as "a more likely occurence" while "always" means at all times. Clearly, I wasn't saying that this problem happens everytime a user logs in.

And I didn't arrived on the said conclusion because I was thinking of the number of times it could occur in single person (+time). I was thinking of it as a whole; how most users are likely to have experienced this problem at least once.

Just a rough assumption : Since the have changed domains and earlier the used to send through the emailer which was 'blockchain.info', maybe the new one is still not configured or is still in the process ? I'll be dammed if blockchain.info forgot to change their mailing servers lol

Someone please confirm their issue has been solved.

Ok. But would the problem also be from the side of the email provider? I think some of the incoming mail servers of those less popular webmails are blocking some emails from services that might be mistaken for spam.

What was the email provider used by neur0?
