2.Who told u only top individuals can sell their coins? ppl who have swapped their dv7 to dv8 from staking pool have withdrawn their coins to their wallet and it have went on smooth ..

3. Swap happens everywhere so by this it wont mean its a scam 

4. It was made to keep the swap clean and neat and not to make ppl get scammed and who ever had their dv7 have received their swapped coins.
