cross-compile problems? I get this when trying to compile the qt client on Ubuntu 13.04:

I've compiled quite a few of these wallets from source... I do have boost installed.

I'm getting the same error...did you ever find a solution?

ZERO premine... A very fair, open, honest launch... Not being promoted by pump and dump scammers... Very reasonable block rewards...

I would really like to see this go as far as becoming an actual currency. And yes, I am mining it.

update:

I have contacted every exchange i know of. MET can currently be voted on Mintpal, Cryptorush, and a new exchange: https://www.icurrex.com, which is in alpha.

Also, I received a response from Cryptsy.  They said they will take the coin into consideration, which means it has a chance to reach the vote page.

ALSO:
for those who are unfamiliar with SPH-SGMINER:
Metacoin can be mined using sgminer, which is a gpu miner, using   sgminer.exe -k quarkcoin

note the miner is experimental but it works

Also, I have changed the main super-node to 162.243.33.157, which should help sync.
