Wait for KNC to finish their 10PH mining datacenter. They are so far the most trustable vendor, and in 3-6 months when they start selling Cloud hashing, their prices will be the lowest (due to the size of their datacenter).

If you cant wait so long, buy their Neptunes and mine yourself. That's at least my plan.
