If it was just a matter of hashpower, I would gladly rent some, but it sounds like we need a wallet update.

I only can follow up the other posts here. It really has a very bad taste that arcticcoin is going to rebrand whereas there are so many technical Problems for days now!!! Arcticcoin will become "dead-coin" while playing with the trust of users and masternode owners. I'm very disappointed myself. There are no news about progress nor has my advice for a rollback of the last updates destroying the whole blockchain operatibility been taken seriously by @AdvancedTechnologyCoin.

It's the best way to seed distrust into the coin!!!

I've pretty much given up on that and tried to send my coins to Cryptopia, and they have been sitting unconfirmed all day. I wish I could say it's working ... but indeed I never said it is working. I'm running same version than the nodes shown "working" here:

But my wallet/node keeps struggling having Sync-Issue at block 376908... where as BlockExplorer currently is forwarded to block 381070!

I don't know the running nodes are by the DEV-Team for working out their technical issues or if they are running by them-selfes to sell-out their coins to themselve yet :-(
Of course I don't have any proof - this is just my personal worst-case scenario that could be possible. I don't get any updates by the DEV Team. I already asked by PM in Forum to them if there still is any progress - no answer yet!

If someone know's how to get the wallet in sync again please let us know! I also already tried to do full resync (deleted everything except wallet.dat in my wallet-data folder). No full-sync yet! Still stuck at same block ...

It seems transactions are being confirmed again on the blockchain today. I sent a small payment this morning and it went through ok. However, all the previous payments I sent are still sitting unconfirmed...anyone know if it will eventually confirm those? Seems strange that new ones are being confirmed but old ones haven't yet.

You can give it a try. You have a desktop or CLI (command line) wallet? For desktop you need to get into console-menu.

try these commands:
mnsync status

will show you something like:

If this won't work and you want to do a full resync of the whole blockchain follow this guide:

Someone here having this issue: my VPS server and the desktop wallet stay stuck at some point after some hours-days running without problem and for that reason the goldmine stop working to. What I do mean is for a moment the client on the VPS server, the client on my desktop and the block counter on the Arctic Coin website are synchronized and they are counting the same block, but for an unknown reason the wallet or the client on the VPS server stop to follow the ArcticCoin network blocks counting and my goldmine stop running...

Someone with the same issue???

All in the same situation. Blockchain is unstable and your wallets often falls in a wrong chain. You can just disconnct nodes which is not actually sync and reindex own wallets.

Well I really think Arcticcoin is dead. Dev's seem to give a shit on what users report about complains here.

Recently gave my masternode a try (after having it running without any reward and REQUIRES_RESTART State). I tried purging whole blockchain-data and did a full-resync. Masternode worked with rewards for 8 hours... then falling again in shitty REQUIRES_RESTART state.

I'm done with Arcticcoin.

Gentlemen, in fact, everything is not as it was presented. The copywriter misunderstood the information and published inaccurate data.
How do you imagine changes to the current version of the blockchain? This can be done by releasing the wallet update. And further, this update must be installed by network members. Only after that will we see a change. At the same time, all wallets in the network version v0.12.1.2

Hey guys,

I'm still having lot of problems running masternode. Does anyone run masternode stable? Only completly deleting blockchain and doing full-resync repairs the problem temporarely. The masternode is working/getting rewards then for a few hours (few hours to 1 day). Then it stops.

I noticed a log message claiming "Misbehaving: [my ip:port] ...". But nothing more concrete. Already tried to find stable masternodes to add to my config avoiding sync with any broken chain.

Also tried to contact arcticcoin team via git-tracker and discord. It neraly looks like these guys only do some promotion on twitter trying to force their coin value, but there's no response to issues. Also the last activity in GIT is nearly 2 years ago. So I think this coin is dead or the dev's are scamming us the coin is already alive?

Is it dead or alive? Any suggestion for my masternode issue? As here are still some users active I think there should be a chance to get the masternode work again stable. Selling isn't worth it as initially invested more than it's worth now!!!

I also think the DEV's forgot to deploy a compatible sentinel. Already tried a 'dirty hack' using a foreign version of sentinel with arcticcoin - but it was not compatible at all.

I've finally decided to give a renew-setup a try... I've setup a new mn address/genkey and node seems to run smooth so far (recently stopped working after 1 day). Looks like user's with "old" masternode-address/genkey need to get on a new chain since there seems to be something changed recently?! Masternode.online reports my node now being up for about 1 day so far already going to earn again ...

May be this will help users having the same issues as me recently.

I erased the blockchain and downloading again from scratch to see what happens.

By the way, are there any other exchanges ARC is listed on other than LiveCoin and YoBit? Both of them have their ARC wallets under maintenance and I won't be able to trade with them.

Not bugged, non-existent. Frontend is nowhere to be present. I took a liberty to fix the weak spots and smooth out the creases on the coin face however that did not help to weed out all the bugs. I castrated the malice to lead the coin body to the light and through a narrow gorge of laudation, not knowing that my effort would fall on deaf nose and breathless ears of indifferent observer unalerted about coins progress.
