I like to draw correlation between price spreads on exchanges and price fluctuations between currencies.

1) Right now there is a 20 point spread again on Stamp vs. BTC-E.  Arbitrage between the two has kept these exchanges closer in the past few months, so there is a reason.

2) At the same time, LTC is falling in relation to BTC.  LTC is massively popular in China (Litecoin creator and BTCChina CEO are brothers), so that would explain that.

3) Stamp gets more US based capital flow from Coinbase.

However, the LTC point seems like it would ease some of the selling pressure from the China news. Does a deleveraging of LTC cause a price drop on BTC?  I'm curious what others think about these correlations, the price action and opportunity it creates.
