I figured it out!!!!! HAd the exact same problem. Bought some Maxcoin from someone and never received them to my coins-e address.
Got to cryptoexplore.com. click on the maxcoin and put in your Max deposit id.
It will give you your transaction id. Copy your transaction ID
got to
https://www.coins-e.com/support/deposit/Select maxcoin from the dropdown "select coin"
Past the transaction ID at the bottom.
Should give you some kind of message saying there are enough verified transaction. you should now be able to go to your manage funds and see them.
