Some one is mining.. may be solo.. no pools are running as of now. All recommended pools stopped in Feb itself! Seriously waiting to mine some. Are there any peer to peer mining pools? Anyone mining at the moment, I can not get any nodes.
Have tried nodes listed, but I am not getting any connections.

Looks like pools are still not responding to your requests. Have u contacted other pool networks if they are interested in hosting the pool?
How to solo mine Sherlock coins? The mining option that comes with wallet is not working. Once the wallet gets updated to latest block.. I get time out errors continuously.

Solo mining under windows is working for me with the following: sherlockcoin-qt.exe is being run with the -server option .conf file: rpcuser=user rpcpassword=password rpcallowip=127.0.0.1 rpcallowip=192.168.0.* (or whatever your network is) rpcport=55883 listen=1 daemon=1 server=1 addnode=sherlockcoin.no-ip.biz addnode=seednode1.sherlockcoin.org cgminer: cgminer --scrypt -o http://127.0.0.1:55883 -u user -p password After the new wallet I think I deleted everything except my .conf and wallet.dat files, pulled the blockchain down again and everything worked for solo. |

Fired up cpuminer 2.3.2 and it seems to work. Didn't wait for it to find a block though. |

Hi there, You may have noticed my posts on your ASR resurrection thread, I just stopped in to say hi and check out your other work and see how active you are... I had never looked very hard at sherlock before but seems you have a good collectors coin here. a question about ASR tho... does the wallet being stuck 4 weeks behind prohibit me from sending to coins from the pool to my wallet? I was mining ASR when it was doing good before and was heart broken to see it crash down the charts, I thought it was a great concept/ coin volume and to make it pos could do wonders for it's possibilities. If you could get coinmarketcap to update the coin count/ block explorer and even link the thread as the webpage until a new one is built it could help. anywho if you could answer the Q about the wallet I'd really appreciate it and will offer all the help I can. in the mean time... keep calm and mine on  |
