EXPORT LIST OF ALL TELEGRAM USERS FOR YOUR ICO

Hello,

I am offering my services to upcoming ICOs so that they can export their full list of telegram users.  Right now there is no public solution (that actually works) that let's you achieve this.  Telegram continues to limit their api, and has made it really difficult to export all users correctly.

I can also export you a list of users from ANY telegram channel, you do not have to be an admin on it for this to work!
