That would be fantastic! We're working hard to make fck alive again and we apprieciate any help.

Update: Don't sell your coins too soon at current low prices, we are in serious talks with a webshop in scalemodels willing to accept FCK with certain restrictions, but only if the exchange rates go up to a normal level of USD 0,01 to USD 0,05.

Update:  We've had a reply from the webshop mentioned earlier, in these early stages of FCK's comeback and low prices they want to investigate the option of offering customers a discount based on FCK, these discounts could be up to 20-25%. As the webshop is also still under development it will take a while to get this discount system in place, we'll keep you informed. Once FCK has established a stable rate they might add it as a full payment method. The webshop's URL is https://extramodelbouw.nl in the Netherlands.

I opened up my old wallet for this coin and added the new nodes.  Only to have it stall on block 125,005.  It states that the work is wrong or something.  I even erased my folder and tried to download it again and the wallet still rejected it.

Two possibilities, one is fork as you as you said. Another possibility is old litecoin version clone as wallet feature that each "send" action require wallet back up. Other wise, certain amount of coins get lost without back up. Receiving coin is safe. This is due to internal new address generated and coins moved that can not be restored from old  wallet.
