You guys just have to wait. Everyone associated with the exchange have gone into hiding. Once the ethereum network is not congested, you can try to withdraw your funds, but THERE IS NO GUARANTEE IT WILL WORK.

This token is a scam! No admin left in the telegram. These people I think were Asians. Better to report them to the proper authority. If anybody knows their identity, you better announce it publicly.

I wonder how people manage their crypto as they find out daaays after it happened the site is down.  i check every crypto i posess daily. Sometimes hourly. You think after two weeks oh yeah i have money on bitpaction let me check it oh site is down

well it works if you send the ether to a specific adress so its activated and the withdrawal is possible
but it very specific
if you send some neo valued to the ether to this adress AGztwJRDmK76yWrry9sFbCP6KkMtMVnw3T you will be able to withdraw your tokens without any more costs but be fast
dont think it will be online for long
