In my opinion, this Facebook decision is the right decision. I can't imagine what losses Facebook will suffer if Facebook really bans advertisements about crypto currencies on its platform. Most crypto currency players and investors use Facebook as a communication medium so that if Facebook prohibits crypto currency they will automatically stop using Facebook. Of course this is a pretty drastic loss that will be experienced by Facebook. In my opinion, Facebook can still allow crypto currency ads but with some conditions that previously Facebook will conduct an investigation to ensure that the ads on Facebook are truly real and not a fake project. This must be done by Facebook to become a trusted and professional social media forever.

Facebook must think twice before deciding because face book users usually are from young generation, and young generation would probably will adopt bitcoin because it's faster transaction, because of its has the edge among other currencies, if Facebook will not adopt the results would be devastating and it will be left behind.
The Bitcoin network protocol was designed to be extremely flexible. It can be used to create timed transactions, escrow transactions, multi-signature transactions, etc. The current features of the client only hint at what will be possible in the future.

Facebook did announce the banning of advertising of any cryptocurrency!
But I think they never banned many posts about ICO and cryptocurrency project.
I know that because I always join the Facebook campaign. maybe what they banned are just the paid advertisements.

Hi,

Facebook is reversing its ban on cryptocurrency-related ads, though advertisers will have to be pre-approved and initial coin offerings will still be banned.
Interested advertisers have to fill out an application that includes licensing information and whether their cryptocurrency is publicly traded

The ban being lifted is a welcome development and though when the ban was in place really help to keep scamming project off the market. Facebook may have known how much they may have lost while the ban was in place. The adverts coming from the crypto is much because of the blockchain technology which is emerging now.

Facebook is lifting its ban on cryptocurrency ads which went into effect in January. After months of evaluation, the company decided to allow some crypto ads on its platform. Advertisers must submit a request form with details of their businesses and the types of crypto content to be promoted.

Starting June 26, we’ll be updating our policy to allow ads that promote cryptocurrency and related content from pre-approved advertisers. But we’ll continue to prohibit ads that promote binary options and initial coin offerings.

This news if it's true is not bring a good impact on bitcoin right now because the bitcoin go down very hard since BCHSV and BCHABC fighting and makes all suffer by losing the money. When this situation be normal again or bitcoin go up again? we never know.

This was a good step from their side, cryptocurencies are being more and more popular now and ignoring them or muting them won't bring you anything positive.

LOL! They removed the ban because they benefit from the advertisements about cryptocurrency. Aside from other kinds of ads ICO nowadays is phenomenon that is why they should take advantage of it. They don't even care even if the ICO that will be advertise is scam. Paying for advertising is just a small fraction on what the ICO allocated so it is worth it for them.

Exactly the point, the zeal to make money and crypto offers that to Facebook. Anyway, Facebook never banned posts on ICOs and cryptocurrency. It only decided to put in measures to protect its community from the scam ICOs which got advertised on the FBK platform.

This is a step in the right direction for Facebook. It makes sense to unban bitcoin and crypto ads because a lot of them are legitimate. It was unfair to treat all bitcoin ads as wrong and needing a blanket ban to start with.

This news is relatively true. He will make publications about the crypt, but you will not be entitled to share the news from other sources, for this will be plagiarism and then blocking. I think Facebook will create a lot of rules with the prefix "but", which is not so easy to make us easy to use for cryptothematics.

This is one of the measures that Facebook offers after supporting advertising for so many fraudulent ICO projects that many investors lose money. But the rules that Facebook offers are not valid because ADS not audited so many ICOs are still advertised on the Facebook platform every day.

It is quite logical that Facebook has banned cryptocurrency advertising, because too many projects are simply fraud. And to clear its space from such projects, Facebook just closed the stream. And the right decision was not just to return the advertisement, but to filter it carefully. This is a very competent solution.
