Looking for trading terminal for Binance (with rules)

Hi. I'm looking for trading terminal for Binance that has posibility to trade using my rules, executing scripts or something like that.
For example. I create  some simple rule for some IOTA_BTC and create:
1. You're selling if price is higher than 20 satoshis or you're selling if price is lower than 10 satoshis.

Or more sophisticated:
2. Yo're selling if price is higher than 20 satoshis and then you're buying if price is less than 5 satoshis.

I assume that there should be some popular software that can do that, I just don't know about it. Thanks in advance.
