We are looking for those partners to cooperate, who understand well enough the meaning of having sustainable profit and who are interested to invest in agriculture business sector.The financial basis of our project is a highly profitable blueberry farming business, renovated upon blockchain technology.
EBT (Ecology Berry Token) tokens give the holder right to receive a share of the crop annually (for 60 years minimum) equable to the amount of investment that he can sell individually, on a trading platform for project’s private cryptocurrency GARC (Georgia Agro Reserve Coin), or delegate sales right to an independent broker. Distribution of harvest will be based on a smart contract. EBT tokens will be integrated with the project trading platform through which token holder can sell them as futures, or get his share of harvest starting from the 3rd year of the project.

- Cost of the minimal sales lot – 585 USD or in crypto currency according to rate of USD / coin at the beginning of STO
- Quantity of project tokens– 5 248 991 552
- The minimal profit margin of EBT token approximately from 412% to 460%
- Project Soft Cup – 44 063 625 USD. As follows for building 500 Ha commercial blueberry farm including infrastructure within operating period of a full 8 years, and creation of decentralized trading platform for crop realization and tokens turnover it is necessary to raise funds in amount of 44 063 625 USD. By the 9th year blueberry plantation will reach self-financing
- Project Hard Cup – 396 943 081 USD. Mentioned amount includes capital and operational expenses for whole service life period of blueberry farm (60 years)
- Natural increase of EBT token price (based on our harvesting period statistics May / June 2010-2017) is 7,8-11,6% annually
- Project profitability for EBT token holder is calculated according the lowest market price for 1 kg of blueberry: 1 kg of fresh blueberry (packed in 0.5 kg container), FCA - $4.00, 1 kg of frozen blueberry (bulk), FCA - $2.00
- Token holder starts to receive his share of the crop from the 3rd year of the project
- From the 10th year the company will be ready to redeem project tokens at a price of 0.1760 USD
- Tokens belonging to project founder will remain in a lock state for 3 years
- At the end of STO, unsold tokens will be frozen, though with sufficient number of applicants an additional round may take place
Creation of the blueberry-trading platformThrough our trading platform, based on blockchain technology, it will be possible to sell not only the weight equivalent of EBT tokens, but also the goods of local small producers with the help of independent brokers. The platform will be connected with all cryptocurrencies of the ERC20 standard, such as Bitcoin and Ethereum, as well as fiat money and also will provide circulation of project’s private cryptocurrency GARC. Funds, received from all deals on the trading platform will be accumulated on a special banking brokerage account in fiat currency (USD). Access to the trading platform will be possible through browsers or through a proper application.
Emission of GARC private cryptocurrency is strictly limited. The volume of currency available in circulation is always equal to the amount of fiat money received as a result of a currency deals on the exchange. GARC rate is always equal (the equivalent) to US Dollar. Thus, the situation when cryptocurrency is not backed up is excluded in advance, so the owner of cryptocurrency always can have the opportunity to exchange it for fiat money (USD).
Taking into consideration all needs of the local and regional market, the trading platform can be changed during the development of project and become a full-fledged crypto commodity agro-exchange. At the present moment there is no such exchanges in our region.
