Tangram runs a permissioned blockchain to track the jobs in the network and to validate the encoding outputs from the nodes, but TNGRM is and ERC20 token on the Ethereum public blockchain.
There will be bounties after the release of the whitepaper for translations and social interaction, as well rewards for partecipating to the closed beta
