Nice to see a team of these altcoin scammers get shut down and maybe they'll even up in prison for the money they stole. Sounds like they are firmly in the crosshairs of the authorities. Only a few more thousand similar scammers to shut down.

Why are they scammers?
Try using the given link to actually read the news about it.

I'm glad they are finaly taking some of these ICO scamming scum on, all of them belong in jail. If more and more scammers are dealt this way they will think twice before trying a scam ICO.

Don't they all (companies that issue CARDS) do it? (developing a cryptocurrency debit card)

About the "violating the U.S. securities law through selling unregistered securities", don't know what they promised to break the law...

The rest is marketing... most projects don't really have a complete team (or a working product!), and they improvise as they go along, after being funded. My concern is always: Are they working visionary people, or scammers?
