If you're not into trading, it's really hard to watch the price falling because you simply want to sell and want the price in high. If you're just a simple bitcoiner, you can't do anything but to wait for price increase that may take, weeks, months, or like the old days, it may take years again for recovery.

The market won't bottom until maximum pain has been served upon the bagholders. When max pain happens, the marginal holders sell the bottom in a high volume capitulation. Since most newbies around here seem content to hold and simply hope it'll stop falling, sentiment tells me we haven't seen the bottom yet.

I'm a buyer at $3,000. Fiat is on ice. Not sure we'll get there, but I'm not risking buys right now.

I don't mind it to fall harder. The lower the price is the more coins the same amount of fiat will buy me. It's always smart to have fiat ready that you can use to start buying around these levels.

If you know that you have fiat aside, you are more capable of handling corrections in a mentally more stable manner. Most people that are afraid and worrying went all in and have nothing but their expensive coins left.

I do feel with you guys, but if people don't make mistakes, they won't ever learn anything. Let this correction be that learning experience. This bull run you may have wasted, but the next one will be a winner for you.

I did notice that in early 2018 when bitcoin drops stock exchange also drops my conclusion is crypto and stock are quite connected or what? or it just happen that nothing is connected between the two. But this two investment are very reliable since they run a year already.

Seems like many people are seeing some financial turmoil right now... OP, don't worry about Bitcoin dropping. It's natural for the price to retrace and consolidate. I mean the price increased by nearly 19x in December last year. There has to be a correction that takes place. Its good though, because I believe most of the drop has already happened. We might see the $5k price range as the lowest price point, and then it will rebound. No one knows for sure when this downtrend will end though.

Of course its hard to watch Bitcoin fall, however, you should also look at the bright side of it. This fall can only mean a good opportunity to all of us to buy and enter the market at a cheap price and just continue to hold long term. Also you have to remember that bitcoin was less than $1000 in 2017, so the price is still doing good despite its fall from $19000 in December. So I hope that this market really though you a lot, because its really not for the faint of heart and emotional people. The risk involved are great so its either to stick despite the fall or better get out before you have some kind of nervous breakdown because you can't really take the current crisis we are in right now.

Since my strategy is to hold, I don't pity when bitcoin price is falling. I think to watch bitcoins fall is a great trading strategy to short sell on an exchange that offers that features , than watch it fall without doing nothing.

in a bull market, nobody would care about these stories. there was all sorts of bad news preceding the bubble last year---including bitcoin ETF rejection, tether conspiracies, the B2X fork and miners trolling segwit activation, etc---but the market stayed bullish and exploded into a parabola.

It is really hard to watch the bitcoin fall, as well as hard to see people screaming all the time due to the fall of bitcoin, I am not really  happy with the current trend right now, but I am trying to calm down myself and analyzing things and staying positive as I know it would be just temporary if we will just keep holding.
