Hi, Oleg! You need to open the Chats tab, tap on Add Telegram, enter your phone number, then enter the code from Telegram

How to transfer Bitcoin or Ethereum with TransCrypt

Surely, no. You can choose any local currency you like and it will be shown at the main page of the wallet
