The ban was never temporary. There was a configuration issue with the ban system that's now been resolved.

Somebody messed up and edited a ban trigger which temprarily unbanned everyone. Theymos sorted it though.

You can try and appeal your ban via the email in the current ban message or by making a ban appeal thread in Meta. Unless you have been wrongfully banned (as in did not commit any offense), chances of having your account unbanned are very slim though.

The '7 days due to low extremely quality post' warning was put in error. All bans received this incorrect warning even when they were permabanned which your account likely is.

You can disagree as much, as you want. You can write to an admin about an issue. But if a global moderator is saying that it`s done - than it`s done. There are big guys that run this forum and they got enough work to do. Nobody will ban you just for kicks.
