Hello, we're looking to buy S9's at a minimum 100 units per purchase.  Must come with power supply, will fly to inspect and make the purchase in person.  If you're closing down a mine entirely due to low prices / high electricity rates, we'd be interested in whips, pdu's, shelving, and everything else associated with the mine.  Thanks!
