I mean the projects with a large number of participants. Let's say 1 000 people registered to carry out  bounty tasks, how do you usually reward them? Do you enter each wallet address manually and confirm each transaction separately?

Once a transaction has 6 confirmations, it is extremely unlikely that an attacker without at least 50% of the network's computation power would be able to reverse it.
