Very good points and its true that some times we tend to blame others and event the managers of the bounties but it is really our selves to blame for our mistakes as this industry is in a constant change and we need to quickly adapt to it. Thanks for the above advice. How i wish it could have been more timely. I once lost out in a bounty i participated in despite all efforts i put just because i was not patient enough to read and re-read, digest and assimilate the bounty conditions before i commenced. Now i have learned better.
