WELCOME TO THE WORLD OF SNOWWHITE : C17H21NO4

Ladies and gentlemen, mothers and fathers, users and traders, producers and movers, bankers and cleaners, lawyers and cops, judges and jailors,

it's clear that the situation isn't comfortable for anyone. Personally, it is the cross fires that are particularly interesting to me, it can be real guns blazing and entire neighborhoods or regions burning down, the entry of others paralels illegal trades, the political corruption, the jails, and the all the shit that prohibition generate.

Furthermore, I clearly understand the fears of mothers and fathers, unaware of the psychoactive world, who try to protect their children from the dangers of such a product.

However criminalization doesn't work, otherwise it would have been solved by now. I think you lack all notions of real economics, markets and human nature to be able to grasp what is going on in this very dangerous and lucrative trade.

So the goal of this post is that WE THE PEOPLE create a legal framework to transition cocaine from an illegal market to a legal one, ie another market expansion, like cryptos Smiley.

it isn't a place for the various, paid, threaten, soon to die, manipulated and others low lives - low iq.

It isn't a problem if you have an idea that seems stupid, maybe it isn't, the problem and attention will be on those who try to derail this effort to codify the perfect federal framework for the usa, as such and to foster a positive, solution oriented discussion, I will dispose of the "self-moderated" function, and as a last word to those who try to derail it, just know, that in this trade, your life has no value what so ever, so thank me.

Principals:

  • No more deaths from this trade
  • No access below 21 years of age
  • commoditized
  • financialized
  • made in america
  • clean product, responsible grow, consistent potency
  • no special taxation
  • strong punishment to those who expose those below 21
  • strong punishment for those who expose those who don't want
  • financial amnesty for all the previous gain from the illegal market
  • no log, authorization, permits or what ever crap breaching the privacy of the users, like a regular regulated product forbidden to below a certain age

For me deeply, this issue is about the right for everyone do dispose of his own life. Since when does a few law makers can abrogate for themselves the rights to deny other Adult Americans to use a plant of the earth? I find this attitude the most incentivizing for war while they profit of this war awesomely, while still yet no experiencing too much (at least in america) the backlash of the trade masters. remember those politicians have declared war on American adult citizens who chose to buy from south america a product they like. In getting in the middle of a free willed informed fully consensual trade they have ruined entire nations, created atrocities, injustices, and waves of illegal aliens, that only them (still) really benefits from. Cops north from south are facing real armies... the spice traders. And you can deny, but spray, is a violent thing, and when you stand in the hail's path, it isn't ice. Some say we have airgunship, because stingray are that hard to find? this violence is fostering others really unwilling no-consent trades (like weapons, slaves, corruption) trading.

more cops, more lawyers, more judges? you do understand the cost for an economy to carry this? where is the production? where is the exchange? where is the value provided?

YOU REALLY THINK THAT ONE OF YOU, OR ALL OF YOU WILL STOP LAURA SPELMAN TO HAVE WHAT SHE WANTS?`YOU DO?

will see how you will reacts when you will see your children and wives nailed on your luxurious living room with their all stomach content expanded on the floor? vision of horror? no just a way to start to negotiate with terrorists, aka by killing them, by bringing not the fear of death, but it's smell, it's vision, it's touch. war is war. then you will be killed at their funerals, so that all friends, know. it's over.

and when laura spelman wants, laura gets.

then one thing you have to understand is that it isn't because a product is illegal that your child will not have access to it. Since the entire market is actually illegal, there is no way to criminalize or penalize the behavior of expanding it to children, it could be in the back alley of some poor neighboors to behind the toilets in the golf club... as it is already illegal, there is no way to protect like you say so much, and then when your precious little ones move away what would you do?

the goal is to move this from a law enforcement perspectives, and not to introduce a medical perspective, if some people like things you believe are shit for you, who tells you that what you like isn't shit for them? and it could include your own precious children. what? who cares, they are yours.

but more importantly it has everything to do with the US CONSTITUTION AND BILL OF RIGHTS, it's not because something sucks, is very addictive and frankly useless that those traped or just having experiences are to be treated as non human beings. When two citizens exchange each willingly, informed a product free of suffering and of breach of free will, how dare you enter in the middle of it?

do you really want to leave to your children an unwinneable war? how will you stop the space spice trade? you will rule the entire universe? how do you plan to do it? so rather than fight the future, maybe helping finding a framework that his reasonable for all, something consensual, that then each state can adapt or refuse, but at least there is something to inspire peace and love, flower and kisses, rather, than ex-special force, narcokids and others officials battles. remember your precious one, can always be at the wrong place at the wrong time...

and as some you are maybe a little slow, just understand that the official wars isn't the problem, that is easy, no... there is a lot of competitors in this market...

let's say you are this successful politicians, who has just accepted for your own safety this bribe from group A... what do you think group B think about this? they will not know? you really think that the market signals will not be clear and evident for those immersed in it? liars and thieves have no chance to survive in a real free for all trade battle.

and if you are still dumb enough to believe the hardest fight is between the groups, don't forget the inners battles of each group Smiley.

but maybe the best solution is the actual status quo with maybe an agreement to introduce a farming quotas for each groups against the establishements? that would be fun... each group has to farm 1000 lawyers monthly... because don't forget, the illegal trade doesn't need laws... nor lawyers, judges, cops, or jailors... completely useless.

remember it is always easier to destroy than to build.
