Currently on the coinmarketcap site only about 1590 projects compared to at times more than 1700 projects. They have left many projects without developers or scam projects. I personally invested in some of these projects and lost a lot of money like bitconect and centra. Do you trust the projects you are investing in and will keep them for a long time until they succeed or are they just looking for profit in the short term?
successes and failures is a process of becoming better. if we invest and lose all our profits, then that is not the fortune we can. surely all there is learning from the failure. the future is more cautious in investing and choosing coins that have a good future such as having large volumes and clear concepts.

the volume of money in the digital currency market declined sharply, and the number of new entrants decreased demand for projects. the extra effort to join the market of bad projects caused these situations.

You should be wise in choosing a campaign or where you put your money. Reading there information, including their websites and personal accounts if that is legit. Loosing your own money is not easy, so you should think carefully.

Sadly, Yes because not all projects and ICO ended up successful. ICO has been declining since the market is low right now. As well there are alot of fuds concerning ICOs this is alot of project dont make it to the market and just turning into a dust.

I think this is normal as some token are build on MLM and are not truly cryptocurrencies so there is need to remove some . And with time I believe only coins or token with true intentions will get listed on exchanges and coin market cap

For many projects, they are making money in the future, so they just get a lot of money through ico and then go away. So their projects died first, and then those who didn't have long-term planning, wasted money, and eventually the project could not be completed.

Indeed, every project must have a good preparation to face the market when it improves and the market is less friendly, so it should be thought of and coordinated by the team and dev so that under no circumstances will the market conditions remain on its performance.
as far as I am concerned nowadays many projects are dead and so now if you want to invest you should be careful looking for a project that is a long time if it will be finished and so you will be able to get a little profit if the project that you follow will soon finish you must be careful and see his project dead or not

There are so many project on coinmarketcap are dead. And there are some that not actually brings the possible development of their project. I will say that 70% coins on cmc are actually a shitcoin and never runs for a long period of time.

We should be thorough before investing. It is advisable to be safe and investing long-term by choosing between top 20 ranked coins, researching their roadmap, team, and future projects. Some projects like bitconnect, paccoin. (mostly scam) projects really made us aware how to chose and prepared to invest next in other coins in future.

It's interesting though that they even reached CMC. If I understand correctly, a project has to have over $100,000 daily turnover to even get listed?

Yes because some of them are built on MLM and they are not really crypto because they are not solving any problem or has any unique features and I expect more of it in the future. We need good projects to stay and thr bad ones to go

Yes, there are too many currencies, and some people will not invest, and he will die. There will be more projects to die, the market is unregulated, some are just for the sake of fraud, and the projects themselves have no value. If they defraud the money, they will withdraw. This is normal.

I don't invest Bitconnect because they don't have a good business case. I only invest in projects when I think it have a big potential in the real world.
I think if you invest in this kind of projects, you get a better profit on the long term (or you have to be a daytrader of lucky).

For me no pump and dump.

Personally I don’t prefer in investing in ICO projects. Many projects are dropped out of the market and many are fake. But I will tell that not all projects are bad. There are also good projects remaining in the market. Everyone should research before investing in any project.

In all the ICOs I invested, I was always in the belief that the project will succeed. Of course, with this belief, I would not just buy their tokens and sell them immediately after getting back the ICO price or after they grew a little. I always planned for the longer term, for the bigger growth, for the success. Unfortunately, not all of them came to that point. Just like you, I ended up having my tokens useless.

I am optimistic on all the projects i invested in and i have made up my mind not to invest into any lending project again. Most lending projects are scam, except for some very few and to identify the genuine ones among them is very rear. Do your research on every project you intend investing in.

Unfortunately, a lot of projects do not come to success, as we would like it to be. But there's nothing you can do about it, it will always be like this. Of the 10 projects, 1 or 2 will be successful or somehow will exist.

Bitconnect was a Ponzi scheme and Centra was a bunch of kids from Miami that were endorsed by a celebrity. A little bit of due diligence would probably have saved you from those 2 mistakes. When you are investing in an ICO you are investing in a start up. About 90% of non crypto start ups fail within the first 5 years. You have to expect a fairly high attrition rate if you are going to be investing in ICO's.

I heard the bad news, where some projects fail even now many projects are also delaying and extending their ico sales. we can not blame the project, this is the choice of the market, who comes with a good concept and believe that will be successful. hopefully it is the projects that we follow.
