Harmenvanderspoel is cheating the UMKA translation campaign by copying a translation and claiming it as his own

On the 21st and 22nd of May I posted a Dutch translation of the UMKA bounty thread in two parts:
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4077484.msg38028293#msg38028293
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4077484.msg38136393#msg38136393

This happened under agreement of bounty manager Staas:

Then on the 24th of May Harmenvanderspoel posts an exact copy of my twofold bounty thread at https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4230133.0 (archive link: http://archive.is/4AtxR).

This is what diffchecker shows when Harmenvanderspoel's post is compared with my earlier post:

Harmenvanderspoel's post is exactly identical to my post (except for two translation mistakes I discovered and corrected yesterday).

According to the UMKA bounty manager Harmenvanderspoel has been claiming stakes for the copied / plagiarised work.

So it is evident that he is trying to cheat the UMKA translation campaign.

Apparently Harmenvanderspoel did the same with my whitepaper and lightpaper translation. Copying it and claiming stakes.

This the UMKA bounty manager emails me:
