A PAQ is a virtual miner/hasher capable of mining/hashing a bare minimum
U$2,628 worth of
yAltcoin yaltz per year -
EVERY YEAR (no limitations) - with ALL TxIDs viewable on a tamper-resistant public-facing
Permissioned Blockchain. A maximum of ONLY 100 PAQs will be able to mine/hash any particular YouTuber's yAltcoin at a time.

There are only a maximum of 10 entries per round.
The Raffle ticket number (
R#) is derived from the first unused digit reading right to left of the Block Hash - Merkle Root if paid via BTC - of the block which the payment transaction resides as gleaned from the corresponding blockchains.
Using the table above for reference where only the user names and purchases were contrived (blocks, hashes and roots are real), Bob was the first to participate in the Raffle via BTC. His transaction was located in Block 528242. The first [unused] digit reading right to left of the Merkle Root was a 1, hence his Raffle number.
Alice immediately made the second purchase according to the timestamp which just so happened to be recorded in the same block as Bob's. Again, reading right to left of the block's Merkle Root, the first unused digit was a 9 since the 1 was already allocated to Bob.
Then @FR@NK purchased 1 PAQ and has his BTC transaction recorded in Block 528243 where the first unused digit digit was a 4, his Raffle number.
Along came IisDebbieCakes whose BTC transaction was once again (by happenstance) recorded in the same block as @FR@NK. Since the 4 was already allocated to @FR@NK, Debbie was allocated the Raffle number 6.
SallyTheQ makes the next purchase via ETH which was recorded in Block 5819004 on the ETH blockchain. The Block Hash of said block has the unused digit of 3 (right to left), hence this was her Raffle number.
RalphDog via BTC; Block 528246; using the Merkle Root; 8 was his Raffle number.
@FR@NK makes a second purchase via BTC; Block 528248; using the Merkle Root; 0 was his second Raffle number.
NotWr1ghT via ETh; Block 5819004; using the Block Hash; 2 was the user's Raffle number.
FR3DtheR3D via BCH; Block 535399; using the Block Hash; the first unused digit reading right to left was 5; 5 was Fred's Raffle number.
Alice also makes a second purchase via BTC; Block 528271; since only the number 7 remains, that was allocated as her Raffle number.
Now we see who won.
Since the last Block was via BTC having the Block number 528271, we wait exactly 10 blocks for Block 528281 to be created. Once created, we look at its Merkle Root (Block Hash if either ETH or BCH). The FIRST digit reading right to left was a 0, thus @FR@NK was declared the winner.
In the event that a Block Hash or Merkel Root is unable to produce an unused digit in determining one's Raffle number, the first unused digit starting from 0 to 9 will be the entry's Raffle number. Again, totally fair.
Each Raffle round closes once there's ten entries or 36 hours has passed from the timestamp of the first entry.
In the event that there's not 10 entries in any given Raffle round, the winner will receive the number of PAQs equaling the number of entries, augmenting their 1 PAQ purchase.
Nowhere else can one get a one in ten chance of turning a ten dollar bill into over a quarter of a million dollars over the course of ten years based on projected extrapolations. Multiple entries are allowed, thus if purchasing 2 PAQs in a round, your odds increase to one in five in winning said projected windfall.
