Is KYC needed for all ICO Airdrop and Bounty campaign?

There are many Airdrop & Bounty Campaigns where KYC in not necessary.
Some Airdrop requires KYC to identify who you are and also to avoid cheating that will prevent multiple accounts in participation from one user/Participant.

Is KYC needed for all ICO Airdrop and Bounty campaign?

NO! KYC is only needed for fraudsters who want to get your copies of documents in exchange for a promise of profit! Never send your copies of documents to scammers!

So you are suggesting that if they are asking for KYC then I should not go for those ICO. Right?

Yes, this is my opinion.

1. Bountyhunter (or Airdrop participant) is not an investor, therefore it is not subject to SEC rules.
2. Since most of the companies (Airdrop and Bounty), in which I participated (> 300), eventually turned out to be a scammers, I do not see any reason to send any copies of documents to any bounty campaign or airdrop.
3. In darknet, copies of documents are worth good money. When you send copies of your documents to scammers, they earn you.

Do not risk in the hope of earning a couple of coins, which, most likely, will not cost anything in the end. Many Airdrops (95%) do not send the promised reward at all.

Not necessary for all bounty campaigns, but some bounties set the rules from unset of the campaign so that participants become aware first. Only few bounties requires KYC due to the locations or regulations issues.

Is KYC needed for all ICO Airdrop and Bounty campaign?
No, most airdrop and bounty campaigns don't need KYC. But some airdrop and bounty campaigns need KYC. The bounty managers have added those details on bitcointalk bounty threads. If you can't find them, you can ask those details from bounty managers or their telegram groups.
I think yes, because I think otherwise there will be a lot of cheaters. That's not good at all

Though I am against revealing self via kyc. I was convinced to provide one for one of the bounty /airdrop providers with the assurance that if I pass, it won't need to send kyc ever again even to the icos they are promoting. Have already participated in some icos that they promote.  So far so good. No more filling up of forms and I still feel safe.

I think even though the system is not made for it, it helps to reduce cheating of bounty participants. Some countries requires that kyc be done so it isn't their wish to conduct the process of identification.
By the way, this shouldn't be a problem if you're paid at the end. Investors who even use their own money are required to do kyc so what should be your problem?
With the issue of anonymity, i think the kyc is regulated, your info is not broadcast on a pubic ledger so it's okay for me.
