Questions about pcie extenders and the MSI 990FXA-GD80

I just picked up this MSI 990FXA-GD80 V2 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813130649
I am wondering if I will require a jumper if I just use 4x 690s on this board with pcie extenders it has 4 16x slots.
This is the first time Ive made a mining rig and I don't understand everything.
Also if anyone can recommend a good open air frame (that supports 2 power supplies)and where to buy the pcie extenders I need I would be very grateful.
