I've been watching the crowdsale of some medical projects, and not all of them were doing well. There is a very big difference in the quality of medical services between different regions of our planet. Residents of the United States or Europe are unlikely to favor such projects due to the fact that the quality of medical services in these countries is very good. And the people of poor countries have no money...

I agree that there is a big difference in the quality & availability of medical services.
