These are fraudulent, I sent html5 coin in April, now my account is empty. There is not even a coin list
ehem.. alcurex.com is running several months without HTML5 and you has left your coins in old alcurex.org. Customers was informed to withdraw coins out from old exchange. I can look those coins when I get time. I dont recommend to leave coins laying for half year in any place without looking exchange news at least monthly. Does the large amount of withdraw need to be checked manually? I withdraw CBC below 1000, are automatic process , but I withdraw 2672.84255 and 3175.81415 , the status always processing, It's been ten hours after 2017-10-29 05:49:32

Halibat, when will the "new" CSC be added to the exchange? Over half of all coins have been swapped to the new currency/ticker already. Please give us long time members a place to buy/sell CSC!

Is anyone able to contact administrators of this exchange? I have a 7 day old unanswered ticked about an uncredited deposit I'd like to get resolved. I'm hoping they aren't trying to steal my coins and that the ticket simply got lost somewhere, but I'm starting to get worried. Any help would be appreciated.

I've had a Bitcoin withdrawal stuck for 16 hours - the fee Alcurex is paying seems too low.
It would be great if there were some volume on BCH or ETH so that withdrawals can be done in a crypto that doesn't need huge fees & have terrible performance. (Bitcoin).
Hope the fee issue is resolved in time for future withdrawals!

Hi fong siwai, Issue is with Microsoft email filter, it considers our emails as spam. You should consider changing to another email, gmail for example is working correctly. Kindly send email from your current email address to support@alcurex.info and ask for email change to your other than Microsoft related address (no live, hotmail, etc.). Thank you! Same boat, coins delisted and gone.... 1.5 Month update - Coins are still lost, no resolution from admin/helpdesk. I would suggest people avoid this exchange. |
