I am sure this is a alt account of some one. You can clearly see on his history he have share 2 referral link from same website.
My opinion he is a pure spammer .

Edit : I just research about this account he is use 2 account for doing same thing. Because
teqilera use referral link from  teqilera  profile. I have archived bottom.

By mistake teqilera  share this referral link . May be he forgot whice account he logged in   .

So it's alsmot clear that teqilera  and locojh32 are connected account. And both are just spam on forum.

This should be enough proof to mark them both as alt accounts. However I am not sure if they deserve a negative trust for that.

Now coming back to the spamming issue. Yabtcl thread in "Games and Rounds" is spammed with people's referral links and the forum allows doing that - for reasons unknown to me. They should have stopped the OP from opening such a thread for doing a giveaway.

I dont know if even reporting those people will have any effect or not. But do report them to the alt account thread here - Known Alts of any-one - A User Generated List Mk III (2018 Q3)

Actually I have reported one post of a newbie from the patrol page and my report was marked as bad, it is allowed to post ref links there. let people earn some money please.

It's look prohibited to share referral link on unofficial rules.

They are not only share referral link but account is connected each other. You can see they are sharing same link from both account. I think it's not fair to sahre only referral link on this forum. Look like they are joined for spam only. Should be ban them on my opinion. I noticed no post on their profile. But still post count is 15 . How is possible. Need to report bug ? But for me once I delete my post then my post count also reduce. It means system is working fine.

That rule doesn't apply to that particular thread, in there people are supposed to post their referral links to earn through legitimate means. you seem to be on a hunting spree for cheaters and rule breakers. try to differentiate between what is actually wrong and what is not.

Much like the guys who just "spam" their Twitter retweet and Facebook post links in all of the Altcoin campaign threads... if the thread is specifically setup for users to post their referral links (and they're allowed/encouraged to post multiple times) then there is "no harm, no foul".

If he was spamming his referral link across multiple, unrelated threads in other boards, then sure... get out the "BanHammer"™... but in this instance, it is unwarranted.

That topic was mostly used to farm accounts. Also, many users posted their referral links to get higher faucet for that day, as far as I know it wasn't against forum rules back then.

Why would they sign message from new addy, they already have signed message on their site
