We believe this extension will also allow us to further communicate our story and educate the world on our mission to automate the rental process and leverage artificial intelligence and machine learning to assist households with invisible credit/work history in gaining access to rental opportunities and affordability. We would like to express our deep gratitude to our community across the globe rallying for a similar cause to provide transparency, trust, and decentralization to the world. The pre-sale date change has not affected our timeline, and we are continuing to deliver on our milestones as planned. To-date, we have conducted a thorough market research and analysis, defined the project’s technical specifications, and designed our platform prototype which is undergoing development. Additionally, last week we entered into a strategic partnership agreement with Ingot Coin and became a member of Komorebi Alliance. Throughout 2018 and going forward, PlaceToRent will continue active development of the project and update its releases.
