Your Ico looks solid with a good concept. Its the first time someone starting ico for eye . But let me tell you one thing, you need to advertise it in vigorously through adnetworks or in sites with hugh traffic. Running a bounty campaign wont be sufficient. Bounty campaign will only help to create a hype among the community. Also try to list in as many ico listing sites as possible.

We listed ourselves in all free ICO listings (around30+) and they just started popping up. Seems we getting well rated among healthcare. Our project when polished and implemented in to eye health will be cloned easily in to other sectors.
