I have a BS in Computer Science from a major US university. Although I have experience in a variety of languages, I would only really consider myself an 'expert' in C/C++ (that is, if anyone is can really be called a 'C++ expert', hah
). I can help you with basic Java/PHP/SQL/whatever issues, but I don't use them on a daily basis so I may be unfamiliar with some finer points of the language. Of course, many computer science issues transcend programming language, so I can explain concepts to you regardless of the language.
