The only ALT which could be trusted is ETH for long terms and yest Bitcoin is the king and you should hold it over the period of time, even if you want to buy more ALTs you can do that with BTC anytime/anywhere.

regarding NEO, I am a NEO holder since the time of ICO (it was termed as ANTSHARES at that time), it has given me 1000s of times returns since then, but again, I regret not selling it above $100 when it jumped there couple of times.
At this moment of time, there are a lot of potential alts which are touching the bottom and are in well accumulation zone, my suggestion, buy NEO, buy other ALTs with strong fundamentals.

I bought some NEO at about 30$. When it dropped cross $15, I even bought more. I always believe in the trust that NEO is one of the highest potential coin.
Recall NEO's history, when Bitcoin rose from about $10,000 to $19,000 (90% increase), NEO climbed from about $50 to $160 (320% return).

It seems to me better to buy EOS than NEO.  NEO is a good coin, but EOS has more potential.
