I should add that many of the listed bounties in the OP have not provided their wallet address via the channels instructed. Please do so now if you have not already.

Payment of some bounties will go on into tomorrow, as the list has grown considerably large. Priority is being given to bounties listed in the OP.

Consideration of bounties submitted only to reddit (and not listed in the op) will continue on an ongoing basis. We will update you soon.

My explorer is listed in OP (3rd explorer) but still have not received bounty!

I have include my RUBY address in bitcointalk post, Reddit and PM to dev. Still nothing after more than 1 day!

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=459622.msg5410771#msg5410771

dude its scam coin, leave it.
mine MINT SUN KDC or whatever.

It absolutely is not. This is trashing our and frankly my reputation and it needs to stop. I've been working on a statement to address some of the concerns and misconceptions in this thread, I intend to have it approved by the dev team and released sometime tomorrow or the next day.

I've been working with small business, NGO's, and political parties for years as a communications consultant. I realize people have concerns, but throwing around the term scamcoin is not only unwarranted, it is offensive. The level of interest and attention in rubycoin at such an early stage is pretty well unprecedented. We're trying to cope with the load, but as you can see from the responses in this thread... people are being paid, and the premine is being spent responsibly.

Accusations that the RubyCoin team has been misleading anyone are patently false.

Well.... prove us otherwise.   i have wasted a lot of time and electricity on this coin. the pool im on has not paid out a single coin to me in over 20 hours.

talk to your pool operators, talk to your associates, actually. stop talking. DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT!

Show us that you can do something beside whine on the forums about how everyone is not being nice to you.

It is not the fault of the RubyCoin team your pool didn't have success last night. If your pool isn't working out, try doing a little research and joining a pool that is demonstrating consistent payouts before joining.

Any respon to my question?

They added my explorer link and replied me on Reddit. What are they waiting for before sending bounty?

They have time updated OP but no time to pay?
Every time a block is mined, a certain amount of BTC (called the subsidy) is created out of thin air and given to the miner. The subsidy halves every four years and will reach 0 in about 130 years.

This is not a scamcoin! It did have a bumpy start at first but is very stable now.  Fast transactions, great community on the rubycoin subreddit and the irc at #rubycoin.org. The tipbot in the irc is personally filled by the main dev for everyone who comes in. Web services and games are being built for this coin. I have received twitter bounties already from the dev team along with tips from the dev team and others in irc. Companies are starting to accept this coin as payment for their services. Also along this the dev team officially starting to dish out the main bounties listed on the main announcement thread on here to those who have given their addresses. I believe in this coin and it holds value to me and I wont dump any coins I have earned. STOP CALLING THIS A SCAMCOIN! If you don't like this coin then go mine something else and stop trying to make this coin look bad when it is not bad. Just because of this coin's scarcity and it's little harder to mine then getting a crap load of dogecoins, meow, fox etc...
This coin has more value then most realize yet, is only in it's baby stage. Cheesy

You know Dev or Admin or Ruby helper etc. you really make me disappointed.

You have plenty of premine but don't want to pay my little bounty?

You have time to update OP and delete my works but never consider paying me?

I will dump all I've mined as you didn't keep your words and deleted my works  Angry

My work: http://bitgo.pw:3732/chain/Rubycoin

First of all: As far as I know you were paid your bounty last night. Second of all: I do not pay the bounties, I just evaluate and make recommendations.

Looks like you're the one who's the scammer. Way to run off with the coins and to take down your work after they were sent.

Good on you for checking. It's possible he was missed in last night's go. There will be more payments issued today.

You're joking right? The price of this coin has already decreased dramatically, and the net hash rate is only around 1000mh/s.

I'm not saying this is a scamcoin, but unprecedented attention?  Grin

I'm not joking. A low price can also garner attention. The hashrate has dropped as people's rental contracts expire and also attempt to mine ruby through conversion of other coins. The community hasn't gone anywhere. Since launch RubyCoin has received well over 1500 contact requests, that's alot of attention. We had to shut down the gmail for a reason. A new email system with over 5 public contacts is in the works/decision making process now.

For the record. Communications does not mean I'm a snakeoil salesman. I'm not going to sit here and tell you that Ruby is guaranteed to succeed, no cryptocoin is. But I am here because I think Ruby's brand has great potential. Even now with the price dropping the trade volume is still pretty frequent, especially on cryptorush.

That indicates there are more than a few people out there who see the same potential I do.

Not possible for the dev to be online all day everyday making trades. As to the PR, that's why I've been contracted. We're making our way through the bounties and giveaways now to demonstrate that the RubyCoin team keeps its word. From there I am in the process of developing a phased, step by step action plan to get Ruby onto more exchanges and into the press. This is why I do for a living, but I've only had RubyCoin as a major contract for a couple of days now.

The team is running full steam. There are more great developments in the pipeline, but everything takes time. As the days go by and trading/interest continues, I believe Ruby will prove itself.

Maybe what you said was true. I checked out Rubycoin for the same reason I like Diamond (DMD); it has a scarcity element tied in with a marketable brand name.

But a drop from 40,000 Satoshi to under 1,000 Satoshi in 3 days is concerning, as well as all the premine stuff. I'll stick with DMD, at least I know that coin has been around for long enough to have proven that it's not a pump and dump.

Relax guys... All the new coins are bound to get dumped to hell once it reaches a few exchange... It'll take a while for them to build back up. So just keep your calm and have faith
